Cody checked one of my gas burners on the stove when I mentioned it didn’t light up. He took it apart and cleaned it so it functioned again! That’s going above and beyond in my books!

“Jacob Hahn has serviced our heat, AC, and water heater for a year now. He arrived on time for his appointment. His truck and personal appearance were clean and professional, and he greeted us with a smile, handshake, and thanks for requesting him. Jacob's service, testing, and cleaning were beyond the standard I expected.
I'm experienced with electronics, thus I understood what he was testing and the expected results. He identified items (capacitors, relays, motors, etc), and explained their age and wear, relative to their expected service life. He also explained service options available, and costs of each option.
Our existing service contract expired after this maintenance visit. He explained the new program offered by Nevada Heating, and we signed up for the three-year plan.
We started with Nevada Heating several years ago, after becoming unsatisfied with our previous provider. (Their business initials were S.A., I'm sure you know whom I'm referencing).
While I rank Jacob as the best service provider we've worked with at Nevada Heating, I'll add that every one who's serviced our equipment in the past was 100%.
I'll continue to request Jacob in the future; he's an outstanding repairman and representative of your company….”

Kimber set an appointment with David to come to the house to help solve our tankless water heater problem.
